  • CHECKINS: Go directly to your unit..instructions with this packet. One key is to be left in the room and one put back in the lock box near the door, there will be a $25.00 charge for any key not found in the room. We accept all major credit cards, Travelers checks, Personal Checks with proper I.D. and cash. From the main airport follow the signs to Lahaina. (there is only way).
  • CHECKOUT: Check out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check out it must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability and a ½ day charge.
  • RATES: April 16th to December 15th is considered low season. December 16th to April 15th is High season, during these seasons different rates will apply. We offer a weekly discount of 10%. There is a 5 night minimum stay throughout the year except for December 16th to January 4th when there is a minimum of 7 nights and no discount are permitted, rates are subject to change with or without notice.
  • SECURITY CREDIT POLICY: We require ALL reservations complete a credit card authorization form as a means of security for any and all damages, any fines incurred while on property, excessive cleaning or loss to the unit or its contents caused by the guest during their stay.
  • Payment Policy: Final payment is due on all reservations 30 days prior to arrival. Christmas and New Years reservation are due November 15th and are non refundable after that point.
  • Cancellation Policy: All reservation once deposited are subject to a $75.00 cancellation charge and must be done 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non refundable. Christmas and New Years reservations must be cancelled by November 15th.
  • Maid Service: The unit is clean when you check in and we will clean it when you leave with no extra charge, however if you need maid service during your stay it is available at $25.00-$35.00 per hour. Starter kitchen amenities {dishwasher soap, paper towels, and toilet paper} are provided but not replenished.
  • Maintenance: All of our units are individually owned and decorated. Please do not remove anything from the unit. Additional charges may be incurred for damages, lost items or excessive checkout cleaning. Klahani Resort Corporation is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Room Guarantees: Klahani Resort cannot absolutely 100% guarantee any particular rooms. Your request will be duly noted and we will do our best not to move you. In the event of a change all efforts will be made to find suitable accommodations. All reservations are subject to change or cancellation for reasons including but not limited to owners request, sale of units, act of God, or failure for guest to depart as schedule. Should you choose not to stay at all you will forfeit your deposit.
  • Pest Control: We have all our units sprayed for pests quarterly. Bugs are a part of paradise however so we ask that you do not leave food uncovered or on the counter to help with the situation. We also have Gecko’s {small lizards} that eat the bugs so should you see one in your condo, please do not be afraid.
  • Security: Although Maui is a very safe place to be and crimes against visitors are rare we do ask you to take a few precautions to avoid being a victim of theft. Do not leave any valuables in your rental car. Make sure you lock your unit when you are away and at night. In the event of an emergency call 911. Klahani Resort Corporation is not responsible for lost or stolen items in your unit. Should you need a Klahani staff member for an emergency after hours please call 662-3222.
  • Misc. Info: Please remember that the property you are staying at may have a site office however they do not service our guests. Should you require any assistance during your stay please call 667-2712.
  • There are to be no parties or smoking allowed in or around any of our rental units and there are fines in place if you are in violation of this rule.
  • Puamana guest must prepay their parking to the management company but must still register their vehicles with the clubhouse on arrival. This is payable whether or not you have a car. Each unit may have a maximum of two cars.
  • Puamana also has a strict policy against feeding ANY animals and have instigated a fine regarding this as well.
  • We will be more than happy to assist you with any travel arrangement you need prior to your arrival such as airlines tickets, car reservations, activities, day trip to other islands. Just give us a call.
  • We also offer travel insurance as we feel that your vacation need not be ruined by an unexpected emergency. Call us if you would like a price for this.
